The machine, operated by industrial PC, is able to execute various models by setting the corresponding work program, with the presence of 1-2 operators in charge of loading the components in the bushes, depending on the model and the production rates required.
Carousel with 6 stations for assembly of cooktops with the following functions:
- torque control tightening of the taps on the ramp pipe;
- seal test with taps closed and flow test with taps open;
- tightening of the burner supports on cooktop box;
- automatic unloading of the finished piece with good/bad marking.
